Capabilities
Design, machining and toolroom support in one place — so decisions made at the drawing stage carry straight through to the finished mould.
What we can do
Design, machining and fitting are planned together, which means fewer surprises at trial.
Inside an injection mould
A production mould is an assembly of dozens of precision parts. We plan how they work together — alignment, ejection, side actions and cooling — not just how each one is machined.

Materials
Commonly specified grades for moulds, inserts and components. The right choice depends on resin, production volume, finish and budget — we’ll recommend one during review.

Quality approach
Our quality approach is built into the process — from the first drawing check to the final handover.
Every job is checked against the latest revision, datums and critical features before machining.
Critical features are measured during machining, not only at the end.
Inspection requirements are defined in the quotation, so success is measurable.
Clear handover of the tool or components, with the records agreed for your project.
How we work
A clear, five-stage process. You always know what has been agreed, what is happening and what comes next.
Share your 2D drawing or 3D model with the material, annual volume and target date. A sample or photos are fine to begin.
We review draft, wall sections, parting line, gating, cooling, ejection and critical dimensions before anything is quoted.
A clear scope covering steel, cavitation, inclusions, inspection criteria, timeline and commercial terms.
CAD/CAM planning, CNC/VMC machining, fitting and assembly, with progress updates at agreed milestones.
Checks against the agreed acceptance criteria, trial support where in scope, and a documented handover.
Start a project
Send your part drawing, 3D model or a photo of the tool. We’ll review it and come back with clear questions, a scope and a quote.
